Quiet Evening At Home

Dail and I are watching "Blue Velvet" by David Lynch, one of the creators of Twin Peaks. It just happens that both star Kyle MacLachlan who is a very hot looking man. I have to say that "Blue Velvet" is weird and perverted so far but it is On Demand for free so we thought we would check it out. Dail is fascinated but I don't know how much longer I will be able to watch. Dennis Hopper is also in it and he plays a psychotic pervert. I don't know for sure that I am understanding what I am seeing so far. It is just too weird.

Nothing else going on except I am not all that interested in the movie. I had baked chicken for dinner. The boys had pizza. I feel at loose ends and if there was junk in the house I know I would indulge. Thankfully, I had enough presence of mind when giving Dail the shopping list to leave off the junk items. There will be no snacking tonight.

I'm going to stop now and let my meds kick in. Hopefully, I will get a peaceful feeling for a little while before I crash for the night.
