Having a little bit of trouble waking up. I'm still tired from watching movies last night. The movie was "Die Hard 2". I had never seen either one of the Die Hard movies but was hooked from the beginning.The only problem is that I'm getting old and can't stay up late like I used to so I fell asleep so I didn't get to see it all. In consolation though, I am having Dail rent both movies tonight so that we can watch them. We have a local video store that rents 7 movies for $7 for 7 days. It is only for movies that aren't new releases but it very reasonable. It will also give me something to do while Dail is at work tomorrow. I love entertainment..
I will be taking my meds shortly and should be feeling more awake soon. I'm also watching "Down Periscope." It is a comedy with Kelsey Grammar. I like him a lot but I don't like his new "Boss" series. He is a scary bad guy and it is hard to be sympathetic with his character. I think he should go back to comedy.
I have been on plan so far today. Hoping for a better day today. I need to get some water in though. I'm hoping I don't run out of mix before Dail gets to the store this evening. I think Dail said he is too tired for us to go out shopping tonight so he is just going to run by Kroger on his way home. I think dinner will be either chicken thighs or hamburgers.
Off to tackle another day in the trenches.

Good morning Karen and Good luck today. I too am wokring hard to make today a great day. Enjoy your movies, I'm not to much of a TV watcher but there are so really good movies I like to watch.

I don't watch much regular tv either, Julie but I love movies. Especially action/adventure and drama. Bruce Willis is one of my favorites too. I hope you have a good day. So far, I haven't had anything I'm not supposed to. I just need to stay with that and then get some exercise in today too. I'm not sure whether or not Bethany is coming or not. I hope she does. She can always inspire me to get moving.
ReplyDeleteI love the DH flicks. I remember going, "Who is that guy, he's great!" about Alan Rickman. I still love him. That voice. :D I enjoyed all four of the films, though the first was and is my fave. Samuel Jackson's one is my second fave.

Thanks, Princess. I LOVE Alan Rickman. Especially as Snape in the Harry Potter movies. I am just in love with him in those movies. He does play a good bad guy though. He is getting up in years though and I don't know how much longer he will be able to continue working. He has a fan for life in me though.
